How much does it cost to register?
Registration is free.
Do I have to register to use the site?
No. You can browse and search ads without registering. However if you register, the site will remember your various preferences when you visit again. If you want to place an ad, you will need to register which is free.
Pricing and Payment
How much does it cost to place an ad?
Ad costs vary depending on how long you want your ad to run, and possibly ad category. Please refer to the Pricing Schedule for details.
How long does an ad run?
You can run your ad for 30, 90, 180 or 365 days.
Creating and Managing Ads
Do I have to register to place an ad?
Yes. You must be a registered user to place ads. Registration is free.
I placed an ad, but it does not show up in search results. Why?
You need to run your ad. Go to My Account and click on Run Ad at the left of the ad you want to run. The system will ask for your credit card details, and your ad will run as soon as your payment is processed.
I sold my item. How do I stop my ad from running?
Go to the My Account page and click on the Stop link to the left of the ad.
What category do I put my ad in?
If you don't see a category that suits your particular product or service, select Miscellaneous, or Contact Us and we can set up a category to suit your requirements.

Privacy
I don't want my name, phone number or email address to appear on the site. What should I do?
You can opt to have all your personal contact details remain private. Update your personal privacy preferences from the My Account page.
If all my personal contact details are kept private, how can a buyer contact me?
When your ad appears, instead of showing your personal contact details, the following appears: "This seller has chosen to remain private. You can contact this seller via anonymous email by clicking here." The prospective buyer completes an online form and the system sends you an email without revealing your personal contact details to the prospective buyer.
