Production of 10 to 20 tons/hr. The Siprem Drainer has a s/steel sieve with an auger inside to move the skins & seeds out, while the juice/wine drains underneath. The drainer has an inclined floor to ensure total drainage. Fitted with 75mm BSM Male fittings and a 0.5kW motor.
