Vineyard Operator / Supervisor

We are seeking a motivated and passionate individual with a strong work ethic to join us as a vineyard operator/supervisor. Skills and experience will determine the role details and package. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Vineyard spraying and slashing • Pruning • Canopy management • Netting and harvesting grapes • Vineyard upkeep and general maintenance • Irrigation
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES • Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements; • Undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning; • Producing long-term business plans; • Undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance; and • Controlling income, cash flow and expenditure. • Oversee operation of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
